Booking your appointment is simple and convenient. You can schedule a session online through Calendly Calendly 15 min Consult/ Booking or contact us directly via call or text at 1-605-216-4660. We are happy to assist you in finding a time that works best for you.

 

Important Booking Information

•Online scheduling and service prices do not include gratuities or travel fees in final price.

•Gratuities are greatly appreciated and can be given in cash as a direct thank-you to your therapist(s). Cash is always preferred.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. To maintain fairness and efficiency for all clients, we have the following policies in place:  

Cancellations & Rescheduling

•We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

•Cancellations made within less than 48 hours will result in a charge of 30% of the appointment fee, which must be paid before booking a future session.

•If you are feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms of illness, or have been exposed to a contagious condition, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule your session without penalty.

 

No-Shows

•If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be subject to/ charged the full session fee.

•Multiple no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

 

Late Arrivals

•If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid disrupting the schedule of clients following your appointment.

•If you are significantly late, your therapist will determine whether there is enough time to proceed with your treatment.

•Regardless of the session length provided, the full appointment fee will still apply.

•To respect your therapist’s time and ensure you receive the best experience possible, please plan to arrive 10 min early or on time.

Moore Massage Policies Continued...

 

General Policies

Moore Massage is committed to providing professional, therapeutic services tailored to individual client needs in a home or office setting. These policies ensure mutual respect and professionalism.

1.Appointment Confirmation – Clients receive a courtesy text reminder 1-3 days before their appointment. It is the client’s responsibility to remember their scheduled time.

2.Payment – Full payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include CASH, Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express- via Paypal). CASH is KING!

3.Gratuities – Not included in service prices and are customarily 20-25% of the regular service cost.

4.Age Requirement – Services are not available for minors under 18.

5.Health Considerations Clients must disclose any health conditions, allergies, or concerns at the time of scheduling. Some services may not be suitable for certain conditions such as but not limited to certain heart conditions.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Specifics

• A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking for outbound calls.

• Cancellations within 24 hours – Subject to/ Charged 50% of the reserved service price.

• No call/no-shows – Subject to/ Charged 100% of the reserved service price.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice – The full deposit fee is non-refundable for outbound calls:

• $30 for a 60-minute service

• $50 for a 90-minute service

• Illness-related rescheduling – No penalty if handled respectfully and in advance.

• Repeated cancellations (3 consecutive times) – May result in service refusal.

 

Mobile Massage Guidelines

• Therapists arrive 15-20 minutes early for setup.

• Clients must secure pets and prepare a clear space for the massage table.

• Clients should inform therapists of any parking or access challenges.

• Therapists are not responsible for moving furniture.

 

Gift Cards & Certificates

• Available for any amount, redeemable for massage services only.

• No cash value, non-transferable, and expire one year from purchase.

• Moore Massage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or certificates.

 

Insurance Billing

Moore Massage does not accept or process medical or auto insurance claims.


 

Health & Safety Policies

Illness & COVID-19 Precautions

•Clients experiencing respiratory, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms must reschedule for at least 14 days later.

•Enhanced health and safety measures are in place and taken seriously. If you are ill please contact us immediately. Do not arrive to appointment ill for any reason.


 

Communication & Session Preferences

•Clients may request a specific therapist (male or female) when booking.

•All aspects of the session (pressure, temperature, music, lighting, conversation preference) can be adjusted to client needs.

 

Cell Phone Usage

To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, cell phones must be silenced or turned off during the session.

 

Legal & Liability Disclaimers

Refund Policy

Moore Massage does not offer refunds for completed services. Clients are encouraged to communicate their needs before and during the session.

 

Liability & Indemnification

•Moore Massage is not liable for any injuries, reactions, or discomfort experienced during or after a session.

•Clients waive and release therapists from all claims relating to massage therapy.

•Clients must disclose all known medical conditions before services.

•Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care and does not include diagnosis or treatment.


 

Consistency Disclaimer

Moore Massage reserves the right to update or modify its policies, services, and website information at any time without notice.

 

Client Waiver Agreement (To Be Signed Prior to Appointment)

Clients must acknowledge and agree to the following:

•Massage therapy is for stress reduction and relaxation.

•Any discomfort should be immediately communicated to the therapist.

•Therapists do not perform medical treatments, diagnose conditions, or prescribe medications.

•Sessions are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual.

•Close physical proximity may increase the risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19.

•Clients waive all liability related to massage services.

 

Product Safety Guidelines

•Some Moore Massage products may contain essential oils, nut oils, soy, dairy, or other allergens.

•Clients with sensitivities should consult a healthcare provider before use.

•Products are for external use only unless specified.

•Moore Massage is not responsible for allergic reactions—clients must ask for and review product ingredients.
